I love to try new recipes, eat healthy (with a dose of chocolate thrown in!), and introduce people to new ideas and ways of thinking!
I was a serious athlete through college and a couple years beyond. After some career ending injuries I am now committed to a regular yoga practice. I have found that yoga is a great way to stay in shape on the cheap and without a lot of extra equipment and space! My yoga practice helps keep me (relatively) sane and affirms my desire to eat as healthy as I can.
My view of what is healthy has changed a great deal over the past decade and I can only hope that it will continue to evolve for the better in coming years!
